These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fugi9 platform ("Platform", "Website") and all its services. By accessing the fugi9 website, creating an account, or participating in any game, betting, or financial transaction, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all individuals using the platform from Bangladesh. fugi9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

To participate on the fugi9 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at fugi9, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information amounts to fraud and may result in immediate closure. The mobile number and email provided at registration must be valid, as they are used for identity verification and communication.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. fugi9 will never ask for your password by phone or email. You will be responsible for all transactions and betting activity made from your account until you directly notify fugi9 support of any account compromise.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Do not share login details with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately notify [email protected].
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out afterwards.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fugi9 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in temporary account suspension and delays in the withdrawal process.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fugi9 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Transaction requests through any method other than these three are not accepted.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses (see Section 5).
• fugi9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fugi9 will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000 (bonus capped at ৳5,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example:

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once and is non-transferable.
• Withdrawing the original deposited amount before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• fugi9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.
• Using false information or opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable time limit, the bonus balance will expire.

5.4 VIP Program

fugi9's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you advance to higher tiers. The detailed benefits of each tier are published on the platform and are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fugi9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated using technology from accredited software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, Microgaming, and NetEnt), and outcomes are determined impartially.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection in any game, that round's result may be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned. However, for rounds completed on the server side, that result is final.

• It is the user's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.
• fugi9 cannot be held responsible for technical issues.
• For bets placed during a system outage, please contact support.

6.3 Finality of Bet Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless fugi9 deems it necessary due to a specific technical reason.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the fugi9 platform and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary:

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

fugi9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or concerns about money laundering.
• Engaging in prohibited activities (Section 7).
• The user's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming limits).

8.2 Process After Suspension

If there is a valid balance remaining after account closure and no breach of Terms is proven, fugi9 will take the necessary steps to return those funds. However, in cases of fraud or serious breach of Terms, all balances may be forfeited.

8.3 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may permanently close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Options for a temporary break or self-exclusion are also available as part of responsible gaming — see our Responsible Gaming page for details.

The fugi9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fugi9 is not responsible for the following:

• Loss or forfeited bets caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Issues arising from third-party software (game providers, payment gateways).
• Account information leaks or theft resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Unexpected technical outages or unavailability during server maintenance periods.

In any circumstance, fugi9's maximum financial liability will be limited to the amount you deposited in that specific transaction.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Necessary information may be retained for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.

fugi9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
